tyres, exhausts and service parts around the lancaster area?

Hi all,

I am newish to the lancaster area, (I have never used any garages up this way on)

can anybody recommend a nice cheap place for decent tires and exhausts up this way? if not I will just try my luck with one in the area.

plus does anybody know of any good service part places, there is a couple where I come from in doncaster that deal with the trade but also sell to the public is there any like that up this way on?

Don't lancaster but CES seem to have branches in most towns and have always served me well...maybe google them and see if they have a branch there?

Wotcher, lancs lad here. You'll have to cross the river for anything really, there's a euro car parts on the big morecambe instustrial estate. morecambe tyre specialists on westgate are good fore tyres and exhasusts (also do stainless ones).
For anything a bit fruitier, RSM motrosport are lovely, if they haven't got it in, they can find it. they're sourcing most of the parts for my carbed scirocco valver build.
Lune vally motors did a pretty good job welding up the holes in my sills and getting the car ready for mot.

More importantly, drink in the Yorkshire House, eat at the little buger stand outside maccies and NEVER go to Hustle.
Best driving road are found out the back of town towards Slaidburn, or south of lancaster towards Cockerham (stop sniggering) heading for Knott End (there's a pub on that route called the stork that does great food too).

Oh, never buy a car in Morecambe. Everything is overpriced by 600 to 1000 quid. Including my car that I paid 650 for.
