This is a weird one for me. Car is a 1996 Seat Arosa 1.0.
Last few days it's started making a weird intermitant howling noise from the rear, first assumed it was wind blowing into the rear arch and making a weird noise but it didn't quite sound right. It's not all the time and only lasts 2 or 3 seconds when it happens. I was thinking wheel bearing but I've had dodgy wheel bearings in the past and they have sounded nothing like this. Almost sounds as if there's a dying cat or something in my rear right wheel arch/bumper haha
The drive is still smooth, doesn't vibrate much, brakes all work fine, any ideas?!
Mot is up in a couple weeks anyway and undecided if to fix her up or just sell for spares or repairs!
