A chance to live the 70's dream!
I've spent way too much of my life looking for a set of 15" TurboVec wheels (all my previous sets were 14") and earlier in the year I managed to snag this super rare set of Western Cyclone II alloys. However, a change of plans and a different direction for my project means they are no longer needed and, despite taking me years to find, I am putting them up for sale.
THIS IS A SET OF FIVE WHEELS!!
They are 8.5x15" and in absolutely superb condition. They are 6x139.7 PCD which is pretty much all Japanese 4x4 along with quite a few American trucks too (Chevy Blazer etc...) and in other, original/older, currency are known as 6x5.5" PCD.
Offset is ET-12 (yes, minus 12!) or in American speak, 4.25" backspace.
If you're wondering how to get these to fit onto a car, the ever brilliant Dez is able to make up some adapters to fit these to pretty much anything. He's made some super slimline adapter sets to fit this PCD of wheel to cars owned by Hardcore and also Colonelk to name but a few, and is currently making a set for Butterz too.
The wheels are in excellent condition, they are a little dull and quite dusty from being sat around, but they are not corroded, not buckled, dented or kerbed. I reckon an afternoon (no more) with some Autosol and they would be ready to put on a show car. I've done enough sets of this style/type of wheel to know.
I currently only have this one photograph, but will take more later in the week when I am at the unit.
This is not an urgent sell, I do not need to sell these wheels (I spent long enough finding a set in 15") but seeing as I have no plans for them in the immediate future, I figured I might as well sell them on?
I am looking for £300 OVNO for them which is less than I paid for them. This is an absolute bargain for a set of these. Anyone who knows these wheels will know how cheap this really is and don't forget, this is for a set of FIVE of them!
Wheels are located in Bristol and you are more than welcome to come and view them yourself. I can arrange courier/postage but this will be about £40 because it'll have to be in three seperate packages being a set of 5.
Obviously there is the possibility of Pony Express.....or I might even be able to deliver? Let me know where you are and I'll let you know if I am able to deliver while passing on my way somewhere?
Thanks for looking.
