I'm looking for a wideband O2 sensor kit.
I've seen the kits on eBay for around £140 from innovate Motorsport.
Are these the best value kits around, or are other kits available?

I think that they are good value; I've got the LM-2 with two channels for an wide band sensor in each bank of the V8. It's been invaluable when trying to set up and debug the Holley.

I've got an AEM wideband lambda kit, had it fitted to a couple of cars now for setting up and monitoring the fueling, absolutely invaluable bit of kit
