We all know that z! You planning on all of that for summer? ha ha cheers ! didn't think that many people noticed it with all the other cool stuff going on in here, I may be losing my unit after Christmas, so need to try and get it running and brakes sorted, I don't want to move it all again in bits, I'm thinking I can sort out the interior bits when its up and running and final fettle things

My winter project is a little less complicated than any of these. I always wanted a drift car but running one costs lots and lots of money. So I started RC drifting instead I have a couple of shells to make into 'team shells' for me and a friend. Why will it take so long?... He's getting the paints and can't be bothered to do the shell himself so isn't in a rush to get it over to me There are 2 more competitions at the track we run them at this year so i'm hoping to start the new year with a new shell and upgraded chassis. This is my shell so far.

Rebuild the V8, maybe up the compression, whack a cam in it, edelbrock intake and 800cfm carb and some headers. And stick a shift kit in the 904. May even get time to see if it fits the bay.

I live in a flat and also work 60 hours a week fixing cars so my winter project is this PB100479 by Bowling Racecar Driver, on Flickr But in February if all goes well with my TUV I might treat this to some Eibach springs. P4280143 by Bowling Racecar Driver, on Flickr Would also like some thicker ARB's some extra braces, cams, exhaust etc. etc.

By spring I want to get these, which still need painting and proper assembling (without missing bits) into here (which still needs a certain amount of prep and paint) and running. Oh, and I also have two cars to MOT that normally require a bit of something.

The bay of what though? I was trying to keep it under wraps a bit, but it'll be forgotten in a week anyway, plus I'm too excited about it anyway. This. Just as soon as I stop driving it long enough to take it apart again. Will be a bit of a squeeze...

Definite plans: Sort the interior. (-Rustproof/paint floors. -Replace carpets. -More gauges. -LED lighting in gauges. -Repaint dashboard. -New seat belts. -New steering wheel and gear knob. -Things.) Replace leaky fuel tank. Lower it. New carburetor needles. Fibreglass Sebring front valance. Paint sills. Door/window seals where needed. Inner wings. Drill holes in the bottom of the doors so water comes out. Maybe plans: Roll rear arches. New alternator. Clean/weld as needed. New windscreen. Matching door locks. Fibreglass front wings. New rear lights. Remove C-pillar GT emblems. Thread link in my signature.

Some more work on my bug... Want some Robri gravel guards and mud flaps on the rear, along with the rear dropped a bit more. Clear indicators on the front, bug deflector on the bonnet and on the interior matching toggle switches lol.
