I thought at first it was the mastercylinder and it could still be but I have read that a bad hose from manifold to servo can cause pedal creep too. Why I say this is because with engine off brake pendal is hard does not creep down, I only get pedal creep with engine running. Just want advice opinions. Thanks David

Presumably you mean the pedal creeps down or sinks if you keep the brake applied? I would say that the master cylinder is on the way out. If you are not loosing fluid it just means that it is one of the internal seals giving way allowing fluid back to the reservoir.
As regards the servo, I think that is just that without the servo you are not generating enough pressure to leak.

Replacement seal kit is available from likes of Parts for Saabs.
Try it, only pennies for the kit. If not then I have heard of servos causing problems before but it's quite unusual.

Thanks David From that description it sounds like a master cylinder issue. Servos very rarely cause pedal creep. However, if the car has drums on the rear I would look at the rear slave cylinders to see whether the pedal is creeping down.
