I think I would prefer to go with a hydraulic clutch bearing on my Toyota T50 box, is there a web page where I might find bearing dimensions,
I have 55mm space between the back of the bell housing and the face of the cutch and the bearing support/carrier OD is 34mm

I think extremely unlikely.
The most technical literature I can think of covering that sort of car part would be either a gearbox manual or a parts diagram. In neither case would dimensions of the part be documented.
You'd have to measure.
