I've decided to move the throttle on my supercharged micra engine, so that its pre charger now.
But beings I'm doing this it'll give me a chance to change the t/b.
Question is, what size should I use?
Engine is a cg13de (1.3l) Charger is a m24 eaton from golf tsi I will be using a charge cooler too if that matters.
Current t/b is from a starlet and is on a starlet manifold too and has od of 57mm but tapers down inside

worlk out the volume of the charger , pipe work , chargecooler and inlet manifold . It will be 3-4 times the original manifiold volume so you will end up with idle issues and fueling in cruise ,leave the original throttle where it is and put one in front of the charger . Common mod on charged mx5s and I ran two throttles on my ten charged build which worked well

So your moving the throttle after the blower or before? Be quite interested to see more details of the project as ive been 'discussing' this sort of thing on anther forums. What kind of bypass do you run?
As for the original question, personally i don't think it matters too much, 50mm would be plenty i should think. With injection its not too critical as you don't have to worry about velocity so much but if you fit a bigger throttle you will loose sensitivity at low throttle openings. Some bodies use a progressive linkage to combat that.

I think the best advice for you is to have a sit down and think about what your doing before you do it!!

By the look of the thread you have had about 10 incarnations and none of them have worked. (All of them could have worked tho)
Still, ditching the bike carbs was probably your best move.

The bike carbs were ok.
The last variation of super/turbo worked really well
