We got a Deuce Coupe, a Stingray, a rail job and an XKE (We'll start a car club) We'll be the fastest at the drags, man, we'll really cut some low ETs (We'll start a car club) And wipe out the other clubs The Beach Boys "Our Car Club". One of each, period correctness unnecessary.... On your marks, set, go!

Rods with midget/sprint car steering boxes rock. And that black coupe is really rather lovely.

Kram and Allthebass did you consider adding a set of pics, or did you feel that pointing out someone else's mistakes were enough of a "contribution" to the thread.

markbognor - is your first coupe the same as EmDee's but sans paint? Round 2 - because I realised I had a photo of a tough 'vette and I could look at 60s drag photos all day long. Also, polka dots

I don't think so, treatment around the steering linkage I'd different, dropped headlight mountil using the v8 light bar is similar though.
I love that brown 5 window. I always used to prefer the 3 window variety, but over the last few years a well proportioned chopped 5 is really doing it for me.

The body may be an A but the grill shell is a Deuce one and those rails are Deuce too - so it's a coupe on Deuce rails, close enough and a damned cool car too!
Time for you to post up a Deuce....
