So i've got the slowest e34 ever made, the glorious 518, with a M40 engine. The car is allright enough for dirty work use, but the engine is ticking like a clock on speed, and the cam and lifters should be replaced, BUT there is a REALLY low mileage M43 at the local junkyard, in an E36 (76000km 
) that i can have for about half the price of a new camshaft, is putting a M43 engine in a M40 car a lot of trouble, or easy going? I'm assuming the engine bolts right in, more worried about the electrical stuff.
