I'm changing the OE alloys on my Disco ES to original type steels and have 4 in need of refurbishment (no tyres fitted). Well is in good condition, front just surface rust in places with backs being heavier rust (but still no worse than any other wheel)
Before I tackle them by hand can anyone tell me what is the normal "going rate" to have a steel wheel blasted clean and then given a coat of primer ?

BTW anyone not too far away (I'm at Stoke-on-Trent so say 50 mile radius) do such blasting and priming ? They are 16x7J and made out of depleted uranium - or feels like it as so heavy
