2007 Fiesta ST - heard this rattling from the O/S/F (he thinks)  Then it fell off. Any idea what it is? Apart from a bit of broken metal, obviously. He's not technically minded, so flippant answers as welcome as the real one...;-) |

Hi, one is a pound coin and the other bit looks like a pin from a ratchet strap, so has probably been picked up off the road.

I agree the one on the left could be a pound coin but the other isn't Ratchet pin but does look like something that has been thrown up by the tyre.

I think pound coin and a tarp tie down pin from a flat bed truck. The weld attaching the pin has snapped because a ratchet strap has been used on it.
