Anyone local to redditch to pop by and do a diagnostics test

Hello,

Need someone who can pop by to mine with there equipment to run a diagnostic test on a 1996 escort which has a port i'm assuming is obd or obd2.
I can't bring it too you and will be lucky to start it.
