After having a few idling problems with the sierra I took off the idle control valve and cleaned it out with 151 maintenance spray, I can't believe the difference its made not only has the idle settled down but the car feels more responsive and feels like its got more torque!
So it got me thinking if cleaning the idle control valve out made that much difference, could the rest of the engine benefit from a similar clean. I have seen 10K Boost advertised for ages, claiming that it cleans the inlet manifold, combustion chamber and exhaust. Does it actually do what it claims? increased power and improved fuel economy? Anyone?
Thanks Robin
