DVR security camera set up whats best

Hi is there any security engineers on here.I'm after a Dvr recorder with carmeras for in door say two then later were i could add out side ones.The inside ones i would like pir senor so will trigger if there movement so they are not recording.I have mains power but no phone line.I would like later when i have the funds to have it connected to the inernet so i could keep a live eye out.So keep this in mind as i don't want to have to start all over again buying a set up.I want a decent set up that works.Thank you
