How can anyone not have mentioned every car having a casual littering of esso tiger tokens across the dash/centre console?
Plus every car having the tiger soft toy on the parcel shelf as as was the only thing you could get with Less than 40,000 tokens. That had been there so long it had faded white in the sun.

Omg my mum and dad had matching Tiger t shirts and me and my bro got the tanker and transporter... Still got fuzzy dice from my dad's car somewhere, he always used to buy headlight protectors too

Chunky square grille badges, normally variations of the one above I was given recently or more commonly the RAC and AA versions that were very similar in design. Pretty sure some car clubs had them too, I'm sure one of the Triumph clubs had one like this but with the Triumph laurel wreath with their club name in the middle.

Not seen one of those for ages! I don't know if it was the intention, but I interpret the red design as the wheels of a car on a twin axle trailer.

What are those reflectors called that went between the taillights and had the type of car written on them like XR3i.

Krooklok steering wheel to pedal devices. Gearknob to handbrake anti-theft device. Cheap clear plastic aftermarket sunroof panel. Aftermarket everflex wannabee diy vinyl roof. Aftermarket electric windows, (little boxes that bolted inside the door over the window winder spindle).

Does anyone remember those "sound effects" units that garages used to sell in the 80's? I could never understand why my mum and dad didn't fit one in their car at the time! I've tried searching for them online but can't find them, little black box with a row of buttons on the front! My dad had one in his E reg cavalier hatch

I had a MK1 Astra GTE that had the bright red GTE sticker across the rear hatch window, seem to remember you could get them with GTI and SRi as well.
Does anyone else remember when we though hubcaps were cool?

Graphic Equalisers, supposed to enhance the sound of your tunes as you sodded about with them for hours on end sliding the knobs up and down, up and down...... If you had a car that was actually manufactured in the late 70s/80s you would have had an Auto-Plas catalogue to read over and over wondering if your MK4 Cortina would REALLY look cool with a rear window louvre. Generic headrests to fit all makes and models. At the time they were deemed cool and not a must have to stop your head being snapped off of your neck if you were rear ended.

"clunk clip" seatbelt adjusters , furry seat covers and fat willy surf shack stickers. Found a Fat Wiillys sticker in the side pocket of my car from when I went to Newquay in 86. Still have it Also still use my Klunk clips in all my cars. Hate tension from seat belts

If it can be fixed with a hammer, then it must be an electrical fault

These door reflectors Had these on an old car, Removed them and find your paint is nicely scratched underneath, so much for door protectors!
