The Kenwood was the first car stereo I ever owned, and lived through so many cars - I remember it was a status symbol lugging this thing around at various shows, down the high street etc etc... Such a bizarre thing to think of now, but car stereo crime was huge back then. I never fitted the LED from the car alarm I had, as I thought it looked daft ....

Just been to the best car spares shop in the north west, it's like stepping back to the 1980/90s. It has loads of nos parts. got these for £3.99. It's called auto craze and it's on the A6 in little hulton. Wanted to stay and look round all day.

I remember when I was a kid,one of the mums at school had a yellow Citroen 2cv. Just like the one in the Bond film, it was adorned with fake bullet holes and 007 stickers all over it. Not directly related to cars but I guess you would have them on your car keys,does anyone remember those whistle key rings? Lost your keys? Just whistle and they made a sound back.
