Hello guys need some help I want to spray parts if a car using rattle cans, but u have polished the car and the paint seems to run when I begin to spray I have warmed the can up but still no luck, I don't want to sand again as the finish is ok just need to add more spray coats and the lacquer, would rubbing it with white spirit, and paper towel be good enuf for the paint to stick all help appreciated

Paint wil never stick to polish, why are you trying ? you need to roughen the surface with sandpaper so the paint can grip onto it AND clean any polish and other cr@p off with some form of cleaner.
