Hello Chaps.
As the title really.
I am after a E36 coupe, pretty much anything is considered, I want something the older the better ideally, a very early one should help me get it onto a classic policy which is very important to me
I am after a coupe and ideally want a 6 pot but will consider anything. Manual as well please, not interested in an auto. Ideally as presentable as possible for that money as well
Price wise I want to spend as little as possible, under £500 ideally.
Please PM me.

Thought I would bump this up again as I am still after one.
Since when did cheaper E36s become so hard to find?

How do you know what the start price is? Never been to a car auction before but am quite interested to have a go.

Since when did cheaper E36s become so hard to find? Since they started getting spanked off of walls at drift tracks Cheap ones come up on various drift pages on Facebook still, if you're on FB. Not all have been drifted either, some are just road cars. I'd say you'll struggle to find a 325 cheap. 328s are fetching good money now too. e36s are at that point where they're seen as an appreciating classic by some and an old banger to others so you can still pick up a bargain. Now is the time to buy I think! I remember when 325i e30s were considered bangers.

There seems to be a lot on drift works.
I seem to have found a 320 6pot can rio in manual just down the road from me as spares or repairs. Might have to give it a visit.
I remember paying £500 for a 325 E30 many years ago and it was considered junk, now days mega bucks. You're certainly right, bad drifters do seem to be making certain things more expensive.
