Cheers guys, mine runs stock 16v with decomp plate and standard ecu 252bhp, and my mates black rallye is a fully forged 16v on bodies running emerald ecu and I'm sure that was 220bhp

By the look of that rot the off-track excursion was a blessing in disguise!

By the look of that rot the off-track excursion was a blessing in disguise![/quote8] Exactly my thoughts! I was never happy with having to trim the front bumper to get it to fit around the rad and cooler, but now i can do it how i want it. Get rid of all the rot and make it into a sound shell

Had a bit more time on the rallye, cut more out but started welding new metal back in! I previously had to cut the end off the axle mounting beam to enable me to unpick the rotten metal, so finally now i have been able to weld it back on so its full steam ahead with the rest of it!! And heres a few bits i cut off/out!!

Nothing much to report, keeps munching cv boots on the sump, don't think they like the centrifugal force of 140mph!!
Still not missed a beat though, but will probably be coming out at the weekend for a few pics!
