Hello retro rides.
For sale here I have a flipped caddy axle.
This was one I bought ages ago for my old caddy and has been surplus ever since.
The rear beam is the earlier type, I think they changed the design on the 2001+ vans. You can tell the difference by the amount of bolts that bolt the brake back plate to the axle and the depth of the drum.
This rear axle comes with the brakes still attatched, they probably need refurbishing but this means that you can just throw the whole lot on link your brakes up and off you go. Therefore the fact it's an early axle doesn't matter, it will fit on any caddy.
I also have brand new 5mm adjuster plates. You need these when you flip your rear axle because when you flip it, it's incredibly low, unusable. The adjuster plates allow you to adjust the ride height on the rear of your van or truck. It also means you can raise the back of your truck if you need to put a large load in the back.
I will also include a set of standard rear U bolts, these are used but often when you remove your old ones they snap off, so having these prevents the worry.
For the flipped rear axle, brand new adjuster plates and the U bolts I would like £150ono.
Collection will have to be from Kent, but I can possibly meet, if you want a courier to collect that will need to be arranged by the Buyer.
Photos will be up later today but it just looks like any other rear beam.
Any questions please PM.
