After much consideration I'm going to offer the chance to buy my jag. If there is one car in life I know I will always come back to it's the series 3, this is my fifth and my first V12. I picked this up a few months back as it was becoming very clear that the prices are starting to rocket on these and I wanted to get my hands on one before they were unjustifiable.
In the time I've had it I've swapped the water pump on it for a decent one from a breakers and I have scraped it through an mot. I will make it very clear that since it was mot'd I've lost a wheel nut and a couple of other bits.
I've put it through an mot so it can be sold, as these won't fit on a 3.5 tonne recovery truck legally and can't be towed as they are auto getting one recovered would prove expensive. Now all you have to do is insure and tax and make it to the end of the road and the aa can do the rest!
I'm not going to lie, I've not driven it far as I am trying my hardest to not get too attached to it. I will try and get out in it over the next few days but apart from a few little bits it should drive a fair distance.
There are a fair few spares in the boot, only thing I can really see missing at a glance is the gear shift surround. If you know these jags you'll probably have the same questions.
Headlining is good.

Offside fuel tank works, I seem to remember nearside has just been replaced but not plummed in.
Fuel guage and speedo do not work.
The only other thing I can think of that wouldn't be a standard question is the brakes, they work but feel like they are lacking servo assistance.
A couple of things I will make clear-
If you are a banger racer the car is not for sale to you.
If you have a friend that is a banger racer the car is not for sale to you.
If you say the words banger racing to me guess what..........
I've watched these on eBay for a while, I've seen cars that cannot be driven fetch the same money as I'm asking, because of this I'm solid on price. I'm also not looking for p/x thanks.
This is my personal car, the logbook is in my name and at my address. I can take you out in it to show it works but untill the money is in my hands it will be me behind the wheel.
