I'm afraid that broken bit wont be an easy fix at all. If the threads for the idle air screw have gone along with the lump that is snapped off then that carb is pretty much only good for spare parts i reckon. Happy to be proved wrong, but I can weld ally and i wouldnt fancy welding a new bit on there so close to everything else
