Ive just fitted Celica Supra wheels to my 910 bluebird and due to having to fit spacers to the front ive got a bit of poke. Id like to fit fender flares but would want it reversible and don't want to drill into perfectly good and rare wings. Has anybody used tigerseal etc to fix them on? If so has it held up?

You have fitted RWD wheels to a FWD vehicle and then had to use spacers. Google images shows masses of 910's with alloys that don't need fender flares. IMO best thing would be to sell wheels and source a set of FWD rims that fit without spacers and stay within the arches.

That is an incredibly boring answer
To answer your question PU sealant will hold your car to the side of your house, so holding some flares on will be a breeze

Tigersael or any PU sealant will do just fine. Thats how mine are held on and all my sideskirts. Then just cut though it to remove.

Thanks , it's rwd btw! So I knew I would be OK fitting rwd wheels to a rwd car but needed 15mm spacers to clear the hub

Many manufacturers use double sided tape, you do need them to be a reasonably close fit for this though.

Tigerseal or similar is great. The arches on my Jeep were tigersealed on and didn't even have a mounting face. I just built a tiger seal step up on the wing then stuck the arches to that.
