Hello all... I imagine this is the dumbest of questions ever but here goes! Is this the correct bolt/nut needed to attach my 1.6 GTI Speedlines...?! I think that my steels are held on differently at the moment as I just have studs and nuts (what a name for a nightclub!!!) at the moment... I just know that this won't be as easy as I thought...!!!

no, thats a bolt for post 99 alloy wheels where they have a standard taper seat steel spare wheel and flat seat alloy.
you need the type with a smaller shank, around 14mm at the most iirc.

Ok, so I won't get the ones that I was about to get!!!
Can anyone supply an image of what I need please?!
Also, if I have nuts and studs at the moment do I need to change these to bolts or just get the relevant nuts...
I'm not very good at this at all!!!

if there are studs fitted you need to check the thread pitch and see if there's enough length, if it is thd standard 12x1.25 then you can get a flat seat nut from the likes of rally design.
the older type bolts look almost identical to the type pictured, length is the same, so if you have a 60mm stud fitted then youll be fine with nuts.

Thanks for your help/advice.
I'm just a bit cautious with these things as I want to ensure my wheels are correctly fitted so they are both safe and secure.
Thanks again...
