Mk2 Escort shell was stolen from a lock up garage in Swanley, Kent on the weekend of 26th/27th November 2016. The car was a bare shell having just been media blasted. The car was just a bare shell, with doors & wings & an axle when it was stolen.   |

Someone must have known it was there or watched it being returned after media blasting. Either that or the locals got wind of it and it's in one the 'yards'
I will keep an eye out on my travels near there.

Sorry to here about your loss and hope you get it back soon and will talk to my mates about it to put the word around i know of a place not far from Swanley that is well known for having stolen cars in and if often raided by police so could be worth a drive down there but if you do go mod handed! the problem is its all units and shipping containers but you never know www.dartfordselfstorage.com/default.aspx |

I thinkk this got found recently....
i saw a post on a facebook group about a beige shell being found,.... cant be that many stolen beige mk2's
if so, glad its been found.

That was a different one, the one recovered was stolen & recovered in Scotland. The one from Swanley is still missing. I have passed the info about the storage facility to the owner |
