A bit of an odd one perhaps, but does anyone on here have any experience of uk.tixuz.com?
It seems to be a classifieds site (with a cars section) but I cant seem to find any reviews of it anywhere.
Just wondered if its one to avoid, or if it might even be a usable alternative to the usual gumtree, ebay, car and classic etc.....

In addition to the above, can anyone recommend any sites to use in addition to the usual? Currently I'm checking Car and classic, eBay, Preloved, Gumtree, RR (obviously!) and the relevant owners club forum for my future purchase, however if I've missed any (preferably UK based) sales sites please indulge me...  |

I've never even heard of Tixuz, which goes to show how well known it is.
The URL is terrible, it sounds like something someone would dream up in their bedroom, using one of those free 'create you own website' apps.

Looking more closely, it isn't even a classfieds site, it just 'scrapes' results from other sources.
All the results I found say things like 'Source: Gumtree' and 'Source: Pistonheads' at the bottom.

Ah fair do's then - I did wonder if it might be a bottom feeder site. I'll give it a wide berth then!
Alas the car I found on there I eventually tracked down on Car and Classic, sold, 2 months ago.
