Sandwich bag of brown powder and a teaspoon under the gear gaiter on a bmw e28 was my least favourite find.

Pornography and ammunition. This in 2 of my previous capris. Just ammunition in 1 capri and under the back seat of my current old audi. Either shotgun, air rifle or both. It's spooky.

A wig under the back bench of a Polo I bought. Other than that just normal used car stuff.

Bought a filthy WRX a few years back off some scallys the interior was absolutely minging. After a wet vac mysterious white stuff kept seeping up through the rear foot well carpets. A recent purchase of a RR L322 resulted in a find of a kitchen knife and a roll of gaffer tape in the spare wheel well. Most disturbing though was a Taylour Swift CD in a Citreon C2 VTS... One tries not to stereotype cars but...

Reading back through this thread it could be the most randomest ever... Although I seem to remember one a few years back but can't find it.

In my friends corolla when he bought it we found a ketchup sachet, a pen, a rolled cigarette, some coins, rolling paper and some zip ties, nothing massively strange

I had a Jaguar s type, and it had a little drawer in the dashboard that I thought was a cup holder and as i have a strict no food or drink in the car rule, i never opened it. However when i was polishing the interior in order to take photos of it to put on ebay i must've pushed on that little drawer a little too hard, and it sprang open... To my surprise it wasn't a cup holder at all... it was a little drawer, and i sure was glad it opened, it had £160 in it. I had bought the car from a dealer, so I kept it. I was lucky really because the inside was pretty clean and didn't really need to be cleaned, I just felt like giving it a quick polish before it's new owner picked it up

Quite a few years ago Me and a mate (who is on this forum) once went on a little road trip down Romford way to buy an s13. We turned up at the dodgyest looking yard you've ever seen, to meet the even dodgy-er owner. By the time we were in the yard both of us were pretty convinced we wouldn't be leaving alive, with the car or with our money, buy we trudged through the mud in the p1ssing rain to have a look at it before our fate came to pass. As we did so I noticed something being washed down the stream of rainwater/mud/oil at the side of the track we were walking up, and feigned tying up my laces to pick it up. I put it in my pocket and said nothing until we'd left (amazingly in one piece and having done a deal on the s13 too), and once we were in the car and round the corner, I pulled it out for a look. It was a muddy, filthy roll of twenties with an elastic band round em. Turned out to be 500 quid. More than the s13 was (that's how long ago this was!). Will never forget bombing back up the A12 with damp £20 notes slotted in all the dash vents and the heating on full to dry em out.

Remember where the yard was?

I only have a very vague idea, I didn't know the area at all then. Knowing it slightly better now inthink it was probably more Chadwell Heath/collier row kind of area.

Shoved down the back seat of a Fiesta, a full set of black & white photos from the 70's of an orgy in some studio, everyone involved was wearing opera masks. Pretty cool find

Never found large amounts of cash but I've got a few good adjustable spanners and a very nice pocket knife that I'm sure were not intended to be sold with the trucks I found them in. My first EA Falcon station wagon was not the cleanest thing. It had had a few owners, had been a taxi for a while, and two owners before me had been a West Otago country boy's booze cruiser. When I took the seats out to clean it I found chewed bones along with the usual assortment of beer bottle lids and dog hair.

BMW e30 wagon bought from an estate called blackbird leas if you know it you'll know where this is going. Jvc chameleon loose under the passenger seat with wires cut. Once installed, worked a treat. I don't miss that car, but I miss the stereo. I leant the car to a mate who traded it on on a saxo. He forgot my instructions to keep the radio for me to collect later.
