Hi I'm thinking of making some brackets to fit land rover mirrors to my vw t25.i was just wondering what thickness aluminium would be the best either 5mm or 10mm thickness.if anyone could point me in the right direction I would be happy thanks.

It depends on what sort of weight is in the Landy mirrors but I would have thought 5mm would be plenty.

I used 5mm. Is ok, would use steel if i done it again. Which i will, because these were 5 min lash ups  |
