In the photo below, there are two coolant ports at the top of the manifold that are superfluous and need plugging. My first time doing such a thing, so can someone walk me through it?
From what I've read, there's a suggestion that countersinking and then tapping the ports followed by bolt with appropriate sealant/threadlocker would be the way to go.
These have to be totally flush as there's a PTC heater between the face of the intake and the first plate of the carb conversion kit (weber conversion - thread here: forum.retro-rides.org/thread/199545/weber-dgev-installation-help )
Any other suggestions? Please link items to buy if you can.
Cheers, for reading!
