I'm selling my 04 C15 and thought it would be ok for this site as it's retained its retro looks by not changing for years. However, it's too new. Is there any way I can do it here without breaking forum rules please?

Not really. There are plenty of other sites where you can sell a Citroen C15.

A little harsh. They are basically a VISA underneath and they were in production from 1985 being virtually unchanged  . I wonder if a 2001 Mini Cooper Sport 1275 would get the same response. |

There are exceptions to the pre-01 rule, but if it's a standard C15 then I doubt it.
If you've dropped it over some tasty wheels and un-facelifted it back to 85 spec, then you might have more luck
