Hats off for the retro kit! Congrats, why the hell are you not on Honeymoon then?

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

We are both teachers. Nikki didn't want to wait 'till half term in case her bump got too big, so we took the first weekend we could. Wedding organised in 8 weeks, and we had it pretty much exactly as we could have wanted it. I pity you guys out there who have to spend 18 months planning!!!

Congrats to you both, I bet you had a fantastic day :-) SWMBO spent about 8 months planning ours (though I did design the wedding invites...), unfortunately I got so drunk at the reception all I remember is trying to give a speech whilst inhaling helium from the balloons and collapsing helpless with laughter at all the middle-aged folks trying to dance to 'Firestarter' Tip to anyone getting married- savour every second of the day, it's always over so fast.

congratulations fella looks like you had a really great day, does your ladyfrie...wife teach at hcs too? Thanks again, it was an awsome day, I managed to remain sober for long enough to recall most of it! Nikki teaches textiles at the same school. Pog, the shot gun bruises are fading. She did a pregnancy test the day after i went to order the engagement ring. We had an order that we wanted to do things in so we just speeded it up a bit. The guests all got some extra retro action too, their meeting place before they were taken to the regestry office was the circuit bar at Goodwood Park hotel, its decorated with automobila from the race circuits history, car models and newspaper cuttings and suchlike. I wasn't allowed to name the tables for the meal after Body/coachbuilders, F1 World champions or land speed record holders. She would have accepted car manufactures, but i thaught it was too easy to percieve some sort of hierachy, which is why we didn't want numbers in the first place. I was not going to have flowers, so we settled on Beatles songs.

Congratulations - Definitely more stylish than the Land Rover me and the good lady took to Africa prior to wedding in Gambia. That said we did arrange everything in four days once we got there!.
Top marks for great use of retromobiles - the bus is sheer class.
Regards,
Dave
