On the mazda i've found a hole on the fuel filler neck return pipe, It right up where it enters the filler neck. I'm thinking this is probably an mot fail? can any think be done to repair it or even block of the return pipe? I suppose this is probably a common problem on older cars as its in quite a vulnerable position to get covered in mud and road salt etc.
