What car did you come home from the hospital in?

Inspired by mercdan68's post in the vans thread, what car did you come home from the hospital in when you were born?

I arrived in this, a Wolseley 6/110

I arrived home in one of these in 1991 (I have got pictures but they're at my mums)



And my daughter was taken home in this in 2012, hopefully my son will be this year as well

don't know for sure...and no one to ask now....but my best guess would be either a sunbeam rapier or a triumph vitesse convertible.

Guys hospital London in June 1968
In an A30 van
My daughter came home in 2008 in the father in laws 1998 celica
And when George was born in 2003
We brought him home in my mk2 escort ghia like the one pictured
My mrs wasn’t best pleased when I arrived at hospital In it

Absolutely no idea, my boy came home in a Corolla T-Sport compressor, my little girl came home in a Mazda 6 MPS.

Nothing - I was born at home (it happened in those days) but apparently they were two very shiny & noisy (and would most certainty be classic / vintage today) fire engines outside - the midwife had called the fire brigade out has a power cut had occurred and the midwife wanted lighting - mother was completely embarrassed by the fact that half a dozen firemen were marching in & out of the house with temporary lighting & cables connected up to some very noisy unsilenced generator outside - Health & Safety / Hospital Maternity Wards was something of a rarity back in 1961

I came home in a Rover P5 3ltr. As a baby, sitting in it with the engine running on their driveway was the best way to get me off to sleep apparently !

I suspect that I came home from the hospital in my dad's Standard Ten.
My elder daughter was conceived in the back seat of my 1980 EN Civic hatchback in a public park and came home in my work supplied Hilux 4wd double cab. She passed her Learner's test yesterday and has been making a fair attempt at driving my '90 EA Falcon wagon although she struggles a bit with the heavy clutch.

I'm pretty sure I was carted home in a blue Fiat Strada, similiar to this but with more holes in the wings, -



It was either that, or an orange 245DL Volvo, which was later written off by a drunk driver running into the back of it with a mk2 Fiesta Van while it was parked outside the house, I still rememebr the guys blood everywhere and how it tore the front clean off the van at the bulkhead, I must have been about 3yo. Like this one -

Both my young lads came home in my old E39 M5 which I think is pretty cool, I have told them this but they don't seem interested in the slightest

I think for me it was a P5B?
