Went to Bicester Heritage yesterday for the inaugural Petrolicious Drivers' Meeting car show.
Petrolicious being those folks who do all the nicely shot car vids on Youtube. They had a selection of 200 curated cars which were dotted around the old buildings of BH, then there was parking outside for Petrolicious members who could bring along their own interesting cars.
Overall the show had quite a feeling of the Sunday Scramble about it, it didn't feel like there was that much different about it. Although one of the big hangars was open for a few high end stalls and a projector showing Petrolicious videos alongside a couple of the cars that were in them. There were obviously some nice cars around although I felt the outer show parking probably edged out the curated cars for variety and interest if I'm honest.
Also one thing that was a little annoying was the abundance of 911's.. Don't get me wrong, I like a nice Porsche and many of them were very nice indeed, but at one point it felt like every other car was a 911 which killed a little bit of variety. In reality I'm nitpicking here, it was lovely weather, a great location and plenty of cool cars to look at so I'm not complaining!
And now photos, disclaimer that I'm not a photographer, these were off my phone and I didn't really intend to spend half my time getting perfect shots so yeah
