The car is excellent no rot that I can find chrome is not mint a bit of patina!!! The tan leather interior is lovely All seems to run well and has a stainless exhaust A lot more info and pictures tomorrow A couple of teaser pics for now Any advice on this car much appreciated Danny
I imagine anyone buying this will want to have it inspected or will know them well. They have some rot traps and that era of RV8 had a rope rear main seal which was prone to leaking and then letting go completely.
If it's all solid and she drives well and doesn't wander (steering boxes are a weak point) it looks like a circa £10k car but look on the relevant sites and see what's selling as £15k would likely be near pristine an example.
May Dad had an Admiralty blue P5B Coupe, lovely old thing but had issues with RMS and auto choke (AED) so converted to manual choke and ended up replacing the engine for one out of a P6B.
