Reluctant sale of the most reliable and fun car I have owned..

Recent Bosch Battery
Gearbox boot and bushes changed, new tunnel oil.
Engine oil changed every 3-4k regardless with 10/40. Always keep on top of filters, plugs etc. Never planned to sell this girl so may not be able to find all the invoices.
Gearbox and diff oil changed when I purchased her. Also had a new clutch.
Upgrades:
Aforementioned stereo bits
14 degree timing mod.
4-2-1 stainless manifold > Silenced de-cat > full stainless system inc backbox.
Upgraded Magnecor ignition leads.
Positives:
100% reliable and has been my daily mostly throughout ownership. She runs great, good oil pressure and plenty of power. Always driven responsibly and never taken over 3k RPM until warm.
Its an S-Limited! These cars are already becoming collectable in MK1 guise. The S limited is a very rare and pretty MK1.
Very solid for a MK1. No advisories for rot on previous MOT’s.
Original, all interior present, all centrecaps and factory extras present.
Well looked after in my ownership.
The roof doesn’t leak.
Uses NO oil or water even after a spirited drive / long trips.
Improvements needed:
Shes getting a bit tired now and due to a recent job loss, I’m moving on some cars. I know I’ll regret this.
Paint needs a good polish and a PDR man over the panels. Small dings, scuffs etc.
No major rot but the drivers side rear quarter is staring to go in the usual place. I’ve always kept all drain holes clear.
Suspension / bushes may require refreshing, slight knock on the rear. The billies can be rebuilt if you want to keep originality.
Drivers seat base torn.
Some cracking on the front dash panel, however a replacement will be included in the sale for full asking price.
Lash on overrun, PPF is aligned correctly, all exhaust bits replaced, clutch done so nothing there. Apparently it can be a common thing on the MX5’s. Never got any worse and I’ve done some miles in her.
Cricket in the clutch release bearing. Will adjust out but occasionally comes back at idle.
Slight weep from rocker gasket. This is recent.
Summary:
I’m very meticulous when it comes to maintenance, she’s been well looked after during her time with me, a lot of the usual work has already been done.
A lot of time and work has gone in to Khalua (yep I named this one!) If I were to keep her I’d tart the paint, sort the dings and get the rear quarter done.
Upgrade to coilies and polybush her, job done!
£1,650 is a fair price I think considering the rareness of the model and originality. Nothing has been hidden with stonechip / underseal. Never welded.
She owes me at least twice this.
Full asking price will include audio upgrades and new dash panel.
May take a cheap P/X and open to sensible offers.
