Firstly, Apologies if someone else has put one in and I'm late to the party.
Secondly, Let's see some shots. For those who are bored, and without cheating, if you can tell me which you reckon are taken on an SLR or on a SmartPhone, I'd be interested to know .
I was debating on a car to go down in. I was in the Mondeo but I hadn't driven the M3 for almost a month. So ultimately, that came along with me, despite the 10 mile detour. I'm glad I did that! Sure, the Mondeo is a great drive, but the M3 is well, just that! It was a joy to go down the backroads to the event! However, given it was at my unit, it did look like a barnfind TBH! But people love that look, right?
After walking about, I came across all sorts of great automotive nivarna! I forgot why I loved these shows, even when I used to go to them!
A nice Porker? Why not?

It's fair to say there was something for everyone
An MX-5 in a funky colour? Why not?
But there was more!
As soon as you went through the gates after signing up for Contact Tracing, there was the makeshift racetrack! With some rally cars giving it their all! Now this is how you spend a Saturday!
These sounded glorious! But I know what you're thinking. The content's too new! Fear not. As soon as the paddock opened, there was some great old school goodness present, all the way to a pre-war Bugatti to a 996! There really was something for everyone!
RetroWarwicK, don't take this as a sign! It was a bouncy affair around the circuit!
Now this thing was superb to watch going around!
But I can hear you RR folk! It's a little too European themed! Enter Stage Left! This thing was lovely!
The car park had its share of E36s, along with this very well specified example
At least the German stuff was represented well!
If anyone thought classics were not 'green enough' they'd be mistaken, well, depending on your take on the matter. Here for example, was an electric Stag!
While wondering, I came across this coveted rarity! A Jensen Intercepter SP, aka a Six Pack! Yup, the carb that made people run for the hills, and make Matt LeBlanc look sober, was here! Was I envious? You bet!
Some stuff, however, was an acquired taste
Keep looking at the cars you lot, not the photographer!
It was then however, time to go home! But at least I had a good view and an enjoyable car to drive back as well! This is what these weekends are about!
Want more shots? There are more here!
