TVR Chimaera 400.
The car is 96 model with a full service history up till 38k in 2010, when the car was exported to the isle of man before being returned to the UK last year.
No doubt people will be looking the its mot history so this will explain the gap it its history until its mot this year.
You will also see its done less than 20 miles since the last mot.
The car has been sat most of this year so although it starts runs and drives it would benefit from a slight recommissioning over the winter.
Faults all car have them.
Slight blow from the left hand exhaust manifold gasket, worse when cold not really noticeable once warmed up.
Windows go down fine but as you would expect on a Chimera they take and age to go back up.
Door mirrors are a complete waste of time, i don't know what who ever fitted them was thinking.
Car runs lumpy from cold but fine once warmed up, as i said it would befit from a good service and maybe plug and leads.
Remote central locking is not longer working i expect the battery in the fob, It was working but was a right pain in the ass with the alarm going off when trying to unlock it.
Thats about it for the faults.
Everything else works as it should
HPI clear
Condition paint work is good for the age, was repainted around 10 years ago.
Chassis yes the question on everyone's mind....
There were not advisory for rust or corrosion on the last mot.
Its not caked in thick underseal so you can see exactly whats what, Ive not had it up on a ramp but it does seem to be pretty good although a coat of paint would do wonders.
Roof was replaced 3 years ago and is still good apart from one of the window rubbers that needs to be glued back in place.
Wheels are all good rear tyres have excellent tread front as also just has good but do have some cracks in the tread.
Car does not have power steering but being honest you don't really need it or miss it.
Added bonus the TVR number plate valued at over £1000 is included.
I have lots more photos and a walk around video of the car i can send via watts app or email.
Think ive prised the car fairly compared to others and of course I'm always open to sensible offers but this is better done face to face after you have viewed the car.
I'm located in Ebbw vale South Wales.
Cant talk on the phone during the day so a text is always better.
