That 6r4 was featured on the late brake show on YouTube recently. It’s running a Jag 3.0L V6. As the original engine would cost £50k to buy. And after a few events would need a rebuild. And that cost somewhere in the region of £20k. I have seen these flying through the woods many years ago. The sound of one on full chat is something else.

Looks like a good event, wish there was more of this sort of thing going on across the UK. As an aside, I worked for a Ford dealership that purchased a lot, if not all, the Metro 6R4's back in the early 80's and converted 4 into road going cars. A real experience driving one of these up South Woodford High Street.... P.
