This unfinshed project 'barn find' 1 ton truck is showing as not having been on the road since 1983. There are some petrol receipts from back then in the glove compartment.
Original RH drive UK supplied white truck, not sure if the stripes were some kind of company livery back in 1978 or just go faster stripes. Truck has the later style chassis with the much better balljoint suspension rather than king pins, and the cab is relatively solid... for a 45 year old Datsun.
The doors are very good, as it the scuttle panel, the cab floor repairs have already been done by previous owner.
The wings etc are not bolted in in the photo just resting there.
It does not have a bed or an engine but the engines these came with (BMC clones) were not great so you would probably want something else in it anyway.
Truck comes with registration document and key.
A very rarely seen opportunity to own a 620 and save it. You can buy repro beds for these. You could of course fit / make something else for the back. Dropside? Tipper? Wrecker?
Truck located in Sussex RH19. I do have some 620 spares as I drive one myself on the road.
