1946 Morris 8 Series E - custom hotrod project

I don't even know if I'd want to do this, and i don't need to move it on, but if I did come to sell it, any thoughts on what my part finished morris 8 hotrod would be worth?

I suspect not much due to its part finished state and very niche design.

1946 morris 8 series E
Custome spaceframe chassis
Double wishbones all round
Mx5 engine and box
Ford 7.5lsd diff.
Custom seats
Part finished, main chassis fully welded, bodywork still to do, along with mechanical bits.
