Rover 400 Front Leather Seats & Owner's handbook

I have a pair of front leather seats (in light green colour) from a Rover 400 & Owner's handbook (in cover) taking up space in the shed.

I briefly had the seats fitted in my Minor Traveller but they are a little too bulky (albeit far more comfortable) than the originals, hence wanting to get shot for a reasonable offer for anyone who wants them:
