the rover vitesse turbo is in the bloody way d so shall I break it up fix it or just scrap it? opinions please

Lets clear up car terms:
"Understeer" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"Oversteer" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"Horsepower" is how fast you hit the fence.
"Torque" is how far you take the fence with you.

What's up with it? Is it just the CV boots needed for the MOT? I'd be tempted to fix it up if that's all that's wrong with it  I like those cars, could make a fun runabout for you, or someone else if you decide to MOT it and punt it on. |

Not sure how you're expecting anyone to reply to this thread TBH! :)Rover 800's had the potential to be a cracking good car, the 820 turbo and Honda V6 ones were really nice to drive. |

if you've scored that for £20 and the best thing you can think of to do with it is scrap it, its a very poor show. 0.08/10, SEE ME. I know its a bit radical but why not MOT it and move it on for a bit of profit? or even just bosh it on the bay as is, I bet it'll get £2-300 no probs even at christmas if it runs/drives alright, just for the 200bhp turbo engine. If neither of those suggestions appeal, a third option might be to RAM IT UP YOUR A$$.
