Right, Snap-On tools ain't supposed to break. That's why they're expensive. Except it seems that Mercedes head bolts are a bit too much even for Snap-On.
Does anyone know how you go about getting them replaced? I know the Snap-On guys do the rounds at garages but I'm not in the trade. There aren't any shops that sell them.... don't really want to buy another one as they should replace this one free....
