Mk5 Cortina should be useful, (a Mk1 MR2 manual would be very helpful if you had one too).

thats the jobbie. as closely suited to a 136 Rapid as you're gonna get without a seperate Haynes manual for a Rapid.

Its the new style one A to P reg with spanner ratings (not as good as the old sort IMHO) Its as new though and looks like its never been used. I think were looking at about £3 postage but ill have to check.
