Hi, I doubt theres much help local but due to a crumby housing situation we're likely to have nowhere to work on the Cortina soon like in the next 3 weeks.
Storage does not need to be forever cos its gonna get done, a forever space could be useful if offered though.
Be great to get it some where where work can be chipped at over winter and sling it through an MOT, I'm expecting hoping it wont need loads.
Pulling windscreens out in the street and welding in the rain aint good is it! 
As I cant weld some skilled help here would be useful and paid for, the A pillars can't look rough!
