Basicly looking for a car to break for the engine, box and a few other bits'n'bobs. (Or maybe just and engine and box WHY??) Not the most common car but they are getting on in years now so there must be a few somewhere facing the scrap man! Can you guys keep you eyes open for me please!

Ouch, could be a long struggle that one, as you probably aware the boxer was only in the first couple of years production before they fitted them with the TS. And even swapping in a TS is out of the question as the chassis legs are different

... trys to work out what you're fitting in If push comes to shove surely it was just a 16v evolution of the Alfa 33 engine (which later had 16 values anyway)..?? Plenty of those around in scrap yards... specialist scrap yard used to be in Windsor...

As far as I remember the 33's were all 1.5's apart from the P4 (Permenant 4) Just keep an eye out on Ebay, something will come up eventually

Yeah the 16v was fitted in the 33 aswell. They come up on ebay often enough and sell for very little. I've got a 16v engine in my garage at the mo.
