I know it's a long-ish shot, just wondering if anyone localish has a 15" 5 stud wheel for a 2002 Vectra B (preferably with a 195/60 tyre on and the wheel bolts). Some f****r nicked one off Mrs JS's Vectra last night and dropped the car on the floor. Nice. I'm 99% sure I've even seen the wheel this morning in the local Vectra-owning-just-out-of-prison-traveller's garden but left it to the Police....

Update: Police have recovered the wheel from exactly where I told them it was.... BUT I'll probably still need one as unless I can prove it's ours....

What a kerfuffle! lifes complicated enough without scallys stealing your standard steelies, to avoid forking out a few quid to a tyre fitter! hope it works out ok for ya. mark everything, and lock everything it seems then the cctv alarms etc!

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

Cheers, just been down the station and identified the wheel - it's ours, they've questioned the thief who has made no comment. I know who he is and if convicted he goes straight back inside so it won't be easy.... Hopefully someone's got a spare wheel!
