M reg Frontera Sport 2.0i eight valve. MOT`d for approx 4 months, taxed for 4 months too, will find exact details and amend this message.
Proper chunky on/off road tyres (31.10.15 iirc), bull bar, removeable roof, sidesteps, tow bar etc. Starts first time everytime and engine sounds very well. Has been used, well used, but is an absolute laugh to drive. I`ve been proper off roading in it (have a short video clip or two somewhere plus some pictures) and even managed to show a couple of Land Rovers up who got stuck where I got through.
I even got pictures of the car on the off roading website (will post a link shortly)!
Has more than one fault, for example: speedo doesn`t work though I have a cable and will get it fitted, mileometer doesn`t work so true mileage not known (currently reads something like 108k), steering goes weird sometimes though owner`s club think it`s a £40 part. Aside from that it has some knocks/dents/surface rust/scratches but they actually suit the car-looks hard as nails!
Advantages are you can sort some jobs out on it easily enough then drive it to off-road days and really enjoy yourself. I`ll supply details off some off roading centres, typically a full day costs about £30-£35 and when you get there you won`t want to leave.
£300, trust me you`ll get that much enjoyment out of it in no time at all and with the road tax, the alloys and tyres, bullbar and the price of scrap metal it`s probably worth more than that in bits.
Really sorry to sell it but just have too many cars vying for my time and money. If it doesn`t go I`ll smoke it til the tax runs out and use it for off-roading only.
In Cheshire, very near to M53, M56 and A55 and M6 in easy reach.
*Edit: link to the off road site website, click on `gallery` and go through the pic`s. Mine`s the metallic green Frontera looking a little muddy!
